Membership into the Renegades Water Polo Club gives you access to all of our available practices for Splash Ball and other events that are held throughout the year. You will be coached by our amazing staff who have years of experience and dedication to the sport of water polo.

Splash Ball is typically from ages 5 to 10

• ACCOUNT CHANGES: Any changes to your membership status MUST be made in writing to the club by the 29th day of the month. Any notification after this day will be charged a full month membership.
• email billing.renegadeswpc@gmail.com to make changes to your membership status

• MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY: To ensure efficient program planning, avoid overbooking, and cover essential operating expenses (salaries, pool, equipment, insurance, etc.), refunds will be processed with approval from the Renegades Board. Refunds will be issued based on individual situations and at the discretion of the board
• If a refund is approved by the board, a credit will be issued to your account, minus any transaction fees. 
• If a refund is debited back to a credit / debit account, the credit will reflect transaction fees incurred by the club to process that credit. 

• TRANSACTION FEES: All electronic transactions incur a fee from Crossbar.
• Credit Card Fees: 4% + $0.99 per transaction.
• ACH Fees: 2% + $0.99 per transaction.

• VACATIONS: We understand the importance of family time, especially during the summer months. However, payment credits will not be granted for missed practices due to vacations or other personal reasons.
